About the Role
As the Affiliate Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing, retaining, and reactivating our affiliate network while driving traffic to our brands. This is a chance to make a real impact and be part of something from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing affiliate acquisition, reactivation, and overall network performance.
- Analyzing leads, tasks, and campaign performance, and sharing regular updates with me.
- Researching and sourcing new affiliate opportunities and partnerships.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates to improve campaign results.
- Recruiting, evaluating, and onboarding new affiliate partners across various platforms.
- Representing the project at industry events and trade shows.
- Monitoring affiliate activities to ensure compliance with our policies.
- Developing strategies to boost affiliate productivity, drive growth, and maximize ROI.
- Preparing detailed weekly and monthly KPI reports to identify areas of success and improvement.

What We Looking For in You
- Proven experience in affiliate management, ideally within, iGaming.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- A strong analytical mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a results-driven approach.
